At Vastrika Fashion, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, if you face any issues, we're happy to assist with returns or replacements as per the policy below.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you've purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

""Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Nalina Agarwal, operating under the brand name Vastrika Fashion.

"Products" refers to the items offered for sale.

"Orders" means a request by you to purchase products from us.

"Website" refers to vastrikafashion.in, accessible from https://vastrikafashion.in

"You" means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. For delivered products, only eligible returns (as per the conditions below) will be accepted.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days after receipt and quality verification of the returned item.

Conditions for Returns

Return Eligibility

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sarees and churidars once tried on, altered, or with blouse pieces detached will not be eligible for return.
• Color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution - such differences are not considered defects.

In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The products were purchased in the last 7 days.
2. The products are in the original packaging.

3. The following products cannot be returned:

• a. The supply of products is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• b. The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• c. The supply of products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• d. The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to Us. You should send the products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid transit damage. Products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) in cases where the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by our error, subject to our discretion.
