Undelivered, Refused Packages or Return-to-Origin (RTO) Handling

If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or is returned to origin (RTO), the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges. In case of refund requests, two-way shipping costs will be deducted. Orders once marked “Delivered” by our logistics partner will be considered successfully completed.
